Service order management fully automates the process of activating services for corporate and individual clients. The solution allows the user to create a service order with one click. By reducing the time of service delivery to a few minutes, the solution significantly increases customer satisfaction and improves the competitiveness of the service provider.
Service order management begins with the collection of customer data (e.g. name, address, desired type of service, etc.) and ends with the customer being able to use the requested service. However, there are a number of steps that must occur between starting and ending this comprehensive process. . The user specifies what service is to be delivered, when and to what location.
What else does service order management offer?
SunVizion supports all possible methods of generating orders, i.e. by external CRM systems (via API), by the customer service office and by the customer himself through a dedicated portal. The order is validated by the system using business rules regarding completeness, correctness and consistency of the entered data and the parameters provided.
SunVizion runs an automatic feasibility check: the system detects the possibility of connecting the client to the network or connecting two locations with each other; SunVizion not only checks if the network has the required physical resources, but also verifies the network bandwidth required to provide the service.
