Hybrid work – is it the future?
December 28, 2021After the outbreak of the pandemic in 2020, hybrid work has become the standard work model in corporations. As of today, after two years, we can say that this work model will stay with us for a long time. Companies have done everything to adapt their employees to this work model.
What is hybrid work?
After two years since the pandemic emerged, more and more employees are returning to the office. Hybrid work is a work model that involves working from home one week and from the office the next. It is a flexible work model for each employee. Each employee can create their own work schedule on which days it suits them to come into the office and on which days to work from their own home.
How can location tracking technology help us get back to work from the office?
In order to work from the office there is a limit to the number of employees that can be in the office on any given day. Occupancy tracking is a technology that will make it easier to analyze historical data on office space utilization. This will allow us to spread out the deployment of the office on particular days by the optimal number of employees. Another benefit of location tracking technology is environmental monitoring. We will have the insight to monitor the temperature, humidity or air quality in the office.
